These Terms and Conditions govern the therapeutic services provided by ListnHeal.Me.
By engaging in counselling, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and professional integrity.

Appointments and Session Format

Sessions are available in person, online (via secure video platform), or by phone.
Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
The format and frequency of sessions will be discussed during the initial consultation.

Cancellations and Missed Sessions

  • Notice: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full fee.
  • Non-Attendance: If you miss a session without prior notice, the full fee will apply.
  • Counsellor Cancellations: If the counsellor needs to cancel, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.

Lateness

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments.
If you are more than 20 minutes late without contact, the session may be considered a non-attendance.

Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed in advance and payable before each session.
Payment methods and invoicing details will be provided during contracting.

Intellectual Property

All content on ListnHeal.Me, including text, images, branding, and resources, is the intellectual property of ListnHeal.Me unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission. The name ListnHeal.Me and associated branding are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Ethical Practice

All counselling is conducted in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework.
This includes commitments to confidentiality, professional boundaries, and client welfare.

Website Use

Use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement.
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or to attempt to breach its security.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • illness
  • technical failures
  • government restrictions
In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule sessions promptly.

Complaints and Feedback

If you have concerns about the service, please raise them directly so they can be addressed constructively.
